Booking Terms and Conditions
Identification & Security:
We will ask you to provide photo ID and view your credit card at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo ID may be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.
Cancellation Policy for bookings up to and including 30th September 2020
All new customers will be provided with a 48-hour cancellation policy which will allow all guests to cancel eligible reservations for a full refund.
All current bookings that are now within our 14-day cancellation period can change their dates free of charge up until 48 hours prior to arrival.
